We start with problems that still need better answers.

We find recurring problems, test what is real, start small, and change direction when the evidence tells us to. What we learn becomes the foundation for what we build next.

It is not about failing for the sake of failure.

Courage To Fail Fast is our principle for moving before certainty, learning through action, and making a better next decision. It has become the standard behind how CTFF decides and moves forward.

FOUNDER STORY

The way we learn changed by doing the work.

Starting a business made it clear how much we still needed to learn. From 2023, we studied seriously — psychology, marketing, economics, philosophy — more than 230 books in all.

But theory and practice turned out to be different things. Over two years we built more than ten digital services, and learned firsthand that a good idea alone isn't a business.

An early bug we didn't fix fast enough cost us user trust. And we saw that even strong interest couldn't sustain a business without a real revenue model.

The biggest lessons didn't come from failure itself, but from acting and facing the results.

Those experiences shaped the way CTFF works today.

HOW WE THINK

Every decision starts with the same questions.

  1. 01

Is this problem something people actually keep experiencing?

  2. 02

Are the existing solutions good enough?

  3. 03

Can we test it in a small way?

  4. 04

Does the result match what we expected?

  5. 05

What should we do next, and what should we stop repeating?

WHERE WE ARE GOING
